Adobo(Chicken Or Pork) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, reg. size or 1 kilo pork cut in to pieces (2-in. long and 1 1/2 - thick)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 head garlic
1 tsp. black pepper (ground) or pepper corn
2 c. water
4-5 pieces bay leaves
Preparation

Cut chicken or pork into pieces.
Put in a saucepan and add vinegar, soy sauce, water, garlic, pepper and bay leaves.
Cover the saucepan and cook slowly until meat is tender and most of the broth has practically evaporated.
Serve hot with rice.
