Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour (unsifted)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (undrained)
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In mixing bowl, stir 2 cups sugar, flour and baking soda with a spoon to mix.
Add crushed pineapple, eggs, vanilla and nuts.
Stir well with a spoon.
Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
