Chicken In A Crock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 pkg. carrots
    2 onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 whole chicken
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    First clean and remove inner parts of chicken.
    Place potatoes, carrots, onion and bell peppers in bottom of crock.
    Then place whole chicken on top.
    Add 1/4 cup of water.
    Then salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt and 1 package Lipton soup on top.
    Pour sliced mushrooms on top.
    Cover and cook on high in crock-pot for 5 to 6 hours.
    You may also cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
