Peach Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can peach slices, drained
    1 Tbsp. raisins
    2 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. crushed whole grain wheat cereal
    1/4 c. shredded toasted coconut
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together peaches, raisins, honey and ginger in casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Mix together cereal, coconut and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mixture.
    Drizzle butter over all.
    Bake 20 minutes until hot.
