Mashed Potato Fried Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten in a cup and filled with milk
    4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream potatoes, sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix with former ingredients slowly. Roll to about 3/8-inch thick.
    Cut with fried cake cutter.
    Fry in hot grease at 360\u00b0 for about one minute on each side.
