Miss Mary Bobo'S Pineapple-Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, packed in juice
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. (25 to 30) crushed Ritz crackers
3 or 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Arrange pineapple on bottom of a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Stir together the flour and sugar and sprinkle on pineapple.
Drizzle the reserved juice over all.
Top with the grated cheese.
Mix the crushed crackers and melted butter.
Spread over cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
Serves 8 or 10.
