Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast (trim fat)
    1/2 lb. sliced thin ham
    1/2 lb. Provolone
    salt and pepper to taste
    seasoned bread crumbs,
    seasoned with garlic, salt,
    pepper and grated cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Take chicken fillet and put on top a slice of ham and Provolone cheese in long strips, 1/2-inch wide, then add salt and pepper to taste.
    Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs, then into bread crumb mixture.
    Fry until lightly brown, then put in oven in a baking pan or casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
