Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash (3 c.)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 small carrots, grated
    2 small onions, finely chopped
    2 oz. jar chopped pimientos
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of salted water; drain and mash. Mix with next five ingredients and 1/2 package of stuffing.
    Take other half of stuffing mix and blend with margarine.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
