Crab Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
6 oz. crab meat
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c. cocktail sauce
Preparation

Mix butter, cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add lemon juice, garlic and worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add onion and mix well. Stir in crab gently by hand. Chill mixture at least two hours.
Spread mixture onto a serving plate. Pour cocktail sauce over the top. Serve with crackers.
