Albondigas(Spanish For Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pimiento
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into large or small meatballs.
    Cover with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove meatballs from oil and prepare Salsa.
