Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. grated bell pepper
    1 medium, grated onion
    1/4 c. grated cucumber
    3/4 c. grated carrot
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate all vegetables and drain separately on paper towels. Combine other ingredients; beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice until creamy.
    Add vegetables and mix.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Make sandwiches when ready to serve.
