Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
3 c. milk
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream powdered sugar and peanut butter until it is crumbly. Set aside.
Stir next 8 ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Bring just below boiling point.
Bake pie shell until half done, then sprinkle 3/4 of the peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture over shell.
Pour custard into shell.
