Chicken Or Turkey Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. wild rice
    2 c. leftover chicken or turkey
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 onion, cut up
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 red pepper, diced
    thyme and pepper to taste
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook rices in broth.
    Saute vegetables until transparent (about 5 minutes).
    Add chicken or turkey, soup, water chestnuts, peas and seasonings.
    Add rice and bake in 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
