Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, boned and flaked
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. soft buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onions and celery in butter until tender.
    Combine with salmon.
    Add soup, cheese and rice.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
