Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. reduced-calorie unsalted oleo
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice, thawed
    1/4 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon zest
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar.
    Cut oleo into mixture until crumbly.
    Pat dough into a 10-inch nonstick pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set (10 to 15 minutes).
    In a medium bowl, beat remaining flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and zest, vanilla and eggs.
    Pour over crust and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is set.
    Cool.
    Sprinkle with remaining confectioners sugar.
    Cut into 48 squares.
