Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    2 cans chopped chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    10 large 10-inch flour tortillas
    black olives
Preparation
    Mix chicken, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, chilies and soup. Set aside 1/3 of this mixture. Spoon remaining mixture into tortillas and roll. Place in large pan. Cover with the 1/3 mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and olives. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
