Rene'S Chicken Francese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets
    beaten egg
    breadcrumbs
    flour
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    fresh lemon
    white wine
    olive oil
    butter
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix breadcrumbs and flour together (equal parts) with parsley, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in beaten egg and then bread crumb, flour mixture.
