Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut up and lightly browned (pour off fat)
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans or 1 large and 1 small can
    1/2 box dark brown sugar
    3 or 4 peppercorns (take out later)
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 bottle ketchup (3/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Stir often.
    Serves 9 or 10 people.
