Green Beans Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon, diced
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 (1 lb.) cans sliced green beans
6 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Fry bacon in skillet until almost crisp.
Add drained beans; toss until heated through.
Add parsley.
Combine eggs and cheese and pour over beans.
Cook over low heat until eggs are just set. Sprinkle with additional cheese and put under broiler until cheese is lightly browned.
Serves 6.
