Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. crushed potato chips or 2 c. barbecue chips or cornflakes or 3 c. Rice Krispies
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Dip pieces in melted butter; roll in crumb and spice mixture.
    Place skin side up in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour, or until done.
    Do not turn.
