Cube Steak Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cube steaks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato herb sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Season cube steaks with salt and pepper; brown both sides in oil.
    In skillet, drain fat.
    Add sauce and mushrooms.
    Top each steak with slice of Mozzarella; sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
