Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1 large onion
    3 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 dash salt
    5 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add zucchini, sliced thin and sliced onion.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes, covered.
    Cool a little. Puree in blender.
    Add 3 cups water and bouillon cubes and salt. Serve hot or cold.
    Freezes well.
