Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cups peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 cup coarsely chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cups water
    1 cup milk
    1 cup whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in water about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Lightly mash with a fork or potato masher and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Serve hot.
