Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
    1 well beaten egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Beat corn and milk.
    Gradually stir in egg.
    Add cracker crumbs, pimento, salt and onion with a dash of pepper.
    Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
