Cheese And Garlic Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits, prepared according to directions
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    3/4 lb. Cheddar or American cheese, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco sauce
    1/2 to 1 clove garlic, minced
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Fold butter, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and garlic into prepared grits.
    Beat egg whites to form stiff peaks; fold into grit mixture.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
