Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crawfish
1 minced onion
1 stick butter
1/2 bell pepper, minced
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add onion and bell pepper and saute until soft. Add crawfish, tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
