Herb Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    6 chicken pieces
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. white wine or water
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (4 oz.) can drained, sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown in margarine.
    Spoon rice into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with chicken, skin side up.
    Combine soup with wine.
    Stir and heat over medium heat until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and bake 25 minutes longer.
