Gelatin Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water, divided
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. ice cubes, divided
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 large bananas, sliced
1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Drain pineapple and reserve liquid.
Combine 1 cup boiling water and lemon gelatin in mixing bowl.
Stir to dissolve gelatin. Add drained pineapple and 1 cup ice cubes.
Stir until ice is melted. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and put in refrigerator to set.
Repeat with orange gelatin, using remaining water and ice.
Stir in marshmallows instead of pineapple.
Pour over lemon layer.
Return to refrigerator to set.
