Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
Preparation

Boil water.
Pour over margarine.
Stir until melted.
Stir in flour.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Pour mixture into broiler pan or large cake pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
It will puff up.
Pat down (while warm) and let cool. Make topping by creaming cream cheese with mixer.
Add pudding and milk.
Spread over crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
