Chicken Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    30 Ritz crackers (about 1 stack)
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place bite size pieces of cooked chicken into casserole (greased) dish. Combine sour cream and soup; pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seed. Sprinkle on top of chicken. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
