Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cook to thaw and press very dry on paper towels)
    1 small onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. dry onion
    1/2 tsp. thyme or oregano
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    4 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 clove garlic, crushed, or use garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix well and chill.
    Roll into 58 to 60 balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
