Bison Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place roast on ample piece of heavy-duty foil.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the meat.
    Bring edges of foil together.
    Add water and seal tightly.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Reduce oven temperature and bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 to 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
