Beef And Beans Round-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
    1 can flaky biscuits
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In skillet, brown ground chuck and onion; drain.
    Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and beans; heat until bubbly.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; cut each in half.
    Place biscuits cut side down over hot meat mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese over biscuits.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 22 to 27 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
