Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or margarine
    zucchini
    salt and pepper
    oregano
    Parmesan cheese
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 10 x 9-inch casserole.
    Layer zucchini, tomatoes on top of butter, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
