Baked Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. water
    1 lb. liver, dredged in seasoned flour
    6 strips bacon
Preparation
    Place onion slices in bottom of shallow pan.
    Cover with melted butter and water.
    Put liver slices on onions; lay bacon strips over liver.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more, or until bacon is browned.
