Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients until well mixed. Add beaten eggs and oil until well mixed. Do not beat. Add vanilla, pineapple, chopped pecans and bananas and stir until well mixed. Spoon into greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool then ice as follows:
