Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
2 oz. butter
1/2 c. onion
1 c. ham
1/2 lb. cheese
1 Tbsp. chives
1 Tbsp. pimento
2 large or 3 small eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter; saute onions.
Place ham, onion, grated cheese, pimento and chives in pie crust; slightly mix.
Stir eggs, milk, seasoning and flour until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
