Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Chill 2 hours; shape into walnut size balls.
Brown the meat balls in 2 tablespoons shortening and remove.
Blend flour, salt and water, cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thick.
Add meat balls and heat well.
Stir in sour cream.
