Tabbouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur
    2 c. boiling water
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 green or red pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. lemon or lime juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. sat
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak bulgur in boiling water for one hour.
    Drain well.
    Add other ingredients.
