Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 peeled, cooked and diced potatoes
    1 lb. American or Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. partially cooked, chopped bacon
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, onion and salad dressing.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with bacon pieces and decorate with olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
