Crab Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crab meat
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
12 bacon slices, cut into halves
Preparation

Drain and flake crab meat.
Combine with remaining ingredients except bacon.
Shape into walnut size balls.
Wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Broil until bacon crisp (under medium heat) 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn to brown evenly.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
