Meatballs With Snacking Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated raw white potato
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. coffee cream
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    54 tomato wedges
Preparation
    Mix well beef, potatoes, onions, seasonings and cream.
    Roll the mixture into marble size balls.
    Chill them until cold.
    Roll balls in mixture of flour and cheese.
    Brown them in margarine and drain.
    Place meatball and tomato wedge on a toothpick or skewer and serve with snacking sauce in a chafing dish.
