Citrus-Curry Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 medium clove garlic, peeled and forced through a press
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 skinless chicken breast halves on the bone
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine the orange and lime juices, the garlic, curry powder, salt and several grindings of black pepper.
Put the chicken into a glass pan and pour the marinade over.
The chicken can be marinated 15 minutes at room temperature or several hours in the refrigerator.
