Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef, broken up
1 can beef consomme
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 small onion, chopped (size of walnut)
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Blend all together.
Put in pan and let sit in refrigerator until firm.
Serves 12 to 15.
Good for a luncheon.
