Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. broccoli, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    dash of lemon juice
    dash of mustard
    1 stick butter
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Add 1/2 stick of butter, cheese, mustard and lemon juice.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    With remaining 1/2 stick of melted butter, mix with cracker crumbs and spread over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
