Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 medium green bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 medium white onion, sliced
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut steak across grain on a slight diagonal into thin strips. In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add beef slices and toss to coat.
