Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add flour and salt; mix well. Coat the bottom of a mixing bowl with oil.
    Place mixed dough in bowl and cover to let rest for 20 minutes.
    Remove dough; knead for 3 minutes, adding flour if it is sticky.
    Roll out to desired size.
    Put into pan.
    Add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
