Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 white baking potatoes
    10 slices bacon
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    green onions, chopped
    sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes, slice in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the potato, leaving the skin and about 1/4-inch of potato.
    Drop potato halves into hot oil and fry until brown; then drain.
    Cook bacon until crispy and break into pieces.
    Top fried potato halves with cheese and bacon.
    Add chopped green onions, if desired. Place under broiler in oven until cheese melts.
    Serve with sour cream.
