Fresh Veggie Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 small carrot
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 medium cucumber
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grate vegetables and drain dry.
    Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese.
    Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill 2 or more hours.
    Spread on crackers or party breads.
