Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
    Mix in shortening (cut in\twell).\tMix
    water
    and vinegar with beaten egg.
    Add egg mixture
    to
    flour mixture.
    Add a little flour as needed, so you can
    divide the dough into pieces.\tMakes 2 double pie crusts. Freeze extra dough.
